One-to-One Counselling

Speak privately with a qualified counsellor about loneliness, anxiety, or life changes. Sessions are 50 minutes, confidential, and available online or by phone. Sliding-scale fees and limited no-cost sessions available for eligible clients

Peer Support Calls & Live Chat

Connect with trained peers for a friendly conversation or use our secure chat if you prefer typing. Great for checking in, getting grounding techniques, and feeling heard without judgment
